Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen circumstances discovered during service execution, such as hidden hazards, additional equipment needs, or permit requirements.

Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. We accept various payment methods, and payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Scheduling and Cancellation

While we take great care to protect your property, customers should remove valuable items, vehicles, and outdoor furniture from work areas. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or pre-existing property damage.

Safety and Liability

AtlasMark Walnut Creek Tree Services maintains appropriate insurance coverage and follows industry safety standards. Our team is trained in proper safety procedures and equipment operation.

We are not liable for damages resulting from acts of nature, pre-existing tree conditions not disclosed or discoverable during assessment, or damage caused by customer failure to follow our recommendations or provide accurate property information.

Permits and Compliance

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by the City of Walnut Creek or other local authorities for tree removal or related services. We can provide guidance and assistance with permit applications, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the property owner.

All work will be performed in compliance with local ordinances and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service if proper permits are not obtained.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.

However, we cannot guarantee outcomes related to tree health, growth, or survival as these are affected by many factors beyond our control including weather, soil conditions, disease, and property owner maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
